Course Description:
In today's challenging, uncertain, and potentially volatile workplace, one thing is a certainty. We all find ourselves having to work with difficult, obnoxious, and potentially violent staff and co-workers. Understanding these people is a first step. Learning how to cope with them requires techniques and skills that you will learn during this highly interactive, one-day program.
