The "90 Minutes Before Kick-off Concert" was added in 2002. It takes place at the outdoor amphitheater before every home game.

The "Tiger Fanfare" by Dr. Mark Spede, was added to the Tiger Rag sequence in 2003. Together, with the elements of "Tiger Fanfare", "Sock-it-to 'Em", "Orange Bowl March" and finally "Tiger Rag" (each having their various forms) the band now has more than 15 different ways to play the south's favorite fight song!!

The "Rage Defense Cheer" was added in 2003 to spur on the defense.

The "Tiger Band Kidz Klub" began in 2003, allowing children and their parents an inside look at Tiger Band and to get young children interested in music.

The Tiger Band CD "We're an American Band" was released in 2003.

2005 marked 50 years of the band that shakes the southland under its official name: TIGER BAND !

In 2006 Tiger Band was recognized by the College Band Directors National Association for its "RENT/Habitat for Humanity" show.

In 2007 the new pre-game entrance to video was added, making it one of the most unique college marching band entrances.

In 2007 Tiger Band was recognized for the second year in a row by the CBDNA (College Band Directors National Association). The 2007 "Guitar Hero" show was presented at the Southern Division Conference of CBDNA as one of four selected for the honor. It was also invited for presentation at the National Marching and Athletic Band Symposium in Seattle, Washington at a session called: "Halftime Concepts: Thinking Outside the Box."

The Tiger Band CD "Solid Orange: We ARE Pride" was released in 2007.
