Membership & Admin Director
Hello all! My name is Elisabeth Bailey and I am the Membership and Administrative Director for TigerPaw Productions. I am a junior Health Science and Psychology major with a minor in Non Profit Leadership. I absolutely love my job! During concerts and events I am in charge of all merchandise, which includes set up, selling and tear down of merchandise displays. My day to day responsibilities include: processing paperwork, managing our online call system, Vencidi, hiring, suspensions and last but not least, payroll.

- We currently have 232 students employed and working.
- We offer 7 different crew trainings to employees and the average employee goes to 3 of those trainings.
- We hire on average 100-125 number of students each semester.
- We currently have 553 students in our system to work.
Membership & Admin
Merchandise crews are the crews we have least often but are sometimes the most interesting to work. Working merchandise you learn a lot about the apparel and other items the artist/performer offers to fans. The merchandise that is sold is never the same and may include t-shirts, hats, cds, hoodies, stickers, buttons, posters, and more. Working merchandise is always a fun and ongoing job because people are constantly coming by and so there is very little down time. One of the most important parts of working merchandise is helping with count-in and count-out where we count every item the artist/performer brings with them before and after the show to see how much was sold and how much money was made. Overall working merchandise is definitely exciting and never dull as you will meet lots of different people in the process.
