Duties:

The Academic Standards and Integrity Subcommittee considers issues related to academic standards, admissions, academic support services, and academic program scheduling.

The duties of the Academic Standards and Integrity Subcommittee include but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring policies and practices at Clemson as they relate to the Operating Principles of Academic Integrity set forth in NCAA accreditation standards.
2. Monitoring the academic performance of student-athletes.
3. Conducting formal reviews of the Student-Athlete Enrichment Program (every two years) and reporting the results to the Athletic Council.
4. Conducting special research projects in the areas of its responsibility as charged by the Athletic Council.

These duties were approved by the Athletic Council at the May 7, 2003 meeting and are set forth in Attachment 1 to the meeting minutes.
