Social Sciences
There are three competencies that must be addressed to successfully complete the Social Sciences area. A few examples of where you can find evidence to address these competencies include but are not limited to essays from social/behavioral science courses, reflections on campus speakers' issues, work in courses designed as cross-cultural and materials from study abroad.
The objectives that should be addressed include:
- Develop an understanding of social science methodologies.
- Explore the causes and consequences of human actions.
- Recognize the importance of language in cultural contexts.
