Eligiblity & Requirements
Eligiblity
- Admission to ESP is by invitation only.
- Students denied freshman admission to Clemson for fall 2008 may appeal the original admission decision and request consideration for ESP. All admission appeals must be sent directly to the Office of Admissions.
- An interview with the ESP Coordinator is required to finalize admission to Clemson and ESP.
Requirments
- Attend ESP Freshman Orientation session (June 30 & July 1, 2008).
- Attend 2008 second summer session and enroll in the prescribed common curriculum.
- Live in on-campus housing.
- Enroll in no more than 14 hours during the fall 2008 and spring 2009 semesters, including ESP CU 101, University Success Skills, in fall 2008.
- Attend tutoring, supplemental instruction, faculty help sessions and/or library study hall for at least ten hours each week.
- Meet regularly with the ESP advisor.
- Attend all required ESP workshops
