              2 Women and the Shoes

Two women were walking into a mall on a bright sunny Saturday morning. There was 1 pair of new shoes left from a store. One woman walks and the other runs! Then the women were charging at the shoes. One grabs 1 shoe and the other woman gets the second. “GIVE IT BACK!” The woman chants. “NEVER!” The other woman says. The women were bickering at each other while the shoes laying on the floor! One looks. Then the other. Suddenly, the shoes were thrown over to the next aisle! They run and see a woman walking away with the shoes. “JUST PERFECT!” The women say.

                                         Michael Phelps

  Michael Phelps is a famous person for his phenomenal 8 gold medals he won at the 2008 Bejing Olympics. Michael’s 8 gold medals were a world record since he beat Mark Spitz with 7 gold medals from the 1972 Olympics.

But Michael Phelps got into trouble! In 2009, (just a couple months after the Olympics) Michael was caught smoking a marijuana pipe at a party. The swimming league Michael is in banned him from swimming for 3 months. Michael’s mom said “We all make mistakes; hopefully, Michael will learn from this.”

By now, Michael is still a star but, he will always learn from his mistake.

                                       Wipeout!

One of my favorite television shows is… Wipeout! An obstacle course T.V. show with obstacles from plank–in—the-face to the fender bender. Contestants will go through the qualifier and the top 12 fastest times will continue on.  Then people will move on to the semi-finals qualifier. The 6 times of the people last standing will move on to the semi-finals. At the semi-finals there can be anything there for the contestants to face. The 4 people who make it through the semi-finals still standing will move on to the Wipeout FINALS!  There, obstacles are tough! From Aqua Launch to the Barrel Run! The person with the fastest time in the end wins the grand prize of 50,000 dollars!!!

This show really stands out to me because of it’s crashes, falls, and break-downs that make me crack-up laughing. I hope this show will make you laugh too!

                    Mothers are….

Mothers are sweet. Mothers are gold. Mothers are nice. Mothers are bold. Mothers are caring. Mothers are glaring. Mothers are loving. Mothers say “NO SHOVING!”

                                          The Mall

 New clothes being put up on racks.

 The whining children dying for a toy.

 The great and yummy fast food from the food court.

 The deliciously- sweet candy from the candy store.

 The rubber escalator rails rubbing against my hand.

 

                                 Grilling Weather

  You’re walking through the grocery store and you stop to see a red meat that looks pretty strange. Your mom picks up the package and the words “Grill at 300 degrees Fahrenheit” catches her eye. You know the item is steak  and your mom knows it is too. It’s 78 degrees outside, which is grilling weather. Your mom buys 5 steaks for the family and you have family grill-out night.

                        How to shoot a Basketball

Have you ever been in a situation where you don’t know how to shoot a free throw or shot? If so, you need to listen to these simple steps. First, collect the things you need. A basketball, a goal, and gym shorts. Next, line-up your shot by holding the basketball up aiming towards the goal. Then, thrust your left leg forward, release the basketball and score!
