An Ode To Rock |
|
Rock, you are a snail sleeping on the ground, unmoving. With your silver coating glistening in the sun. It is Autumn. The leaves are falling upon you. You are filthy from soil, yet clean from rain. You are Natures gift. Then you are under the surface being thrown to the sea. Splish, splash, you are hitting the water with such force. What sights do you see under the shore? What sights do you see flying in the sky being thrown by a child? O Rock what great wonders Do you hide from the world? O Rock what great wonders?

Haikus There is rain falling. The rain is flooding the ground. Rain all around me.

The Purpose of… A Poem about life The purpose of a mountain is for us to see new sights. The purpose of a flower is so beauty can be revealed. The purpose of a tree is for us to climb it. The purpose of a stream is for us to jump in and cool off. The purpose of life is to have fun. |

As you’re watching the sunset, it's quiet and peaceful. The tides gone down and it’s the perfect time to be At the beach. You’re all alone until Someone walks up to you and asks you to sit down. You talk for a moment or two, and then you think, ‘Just as I did so long ago.’ |
