Skilled Staff

Staff at Camp Sewee are chosen for their dedication and their ability to work with young people as well as their expertise in marine science and love of the outdoors. They undergo extensive pre-camp training before assignment as instructors/ counselors. During the week, counselors lead activities and supervise campers during night activities. Counselors are assigned to each room and stay with campers at all times.

The programs at Camp Sewee will also include a number of professionals in the fields of natural resources and education. The individuals will share their practical knowledge and skills in ways that will stimulate learning and critical thinking.
