  • Meeting Room rental fees may be waived based on the number of participants paying lodging fees.
  • R. M. Cooper reserves the right to change meeting or lodging rooms based upon the size of groups upon their arrival.
  • TVs, VCRs, Slide Projectors, Overhead Projectors and white boards are available at $25 per day per item. Projection LCD TVs are available at $35 per day.
  • Check out time for all meeting rooms is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made
  • A cleaning fee of $50 per meeting or lodging room may be charged if groups fails to clean the room upon departure.
