From I-95 South: Take Exit 108, turn right, and go 2 miles. Turn left at stop sign. Go through first stop sign (2 miles), travel approximately 4 more miles to second stop sign, and turn right onto Rickenbaker Road. This road ends at Camp R. M. Cooper (approximately 7 miles).

From I-95 North: Take Exit 115 toward Summerton. Travel approximately 0.7 miles and turn left on Rev. J. W. Carter Road. At Davis Station, turn right at stop sign, then left onto Rickenbaker Road. This road ends at Camp R. M. Cooper (approximately 7 miles).
