The R.M. Cooper Leadership Center is a great location for your next group, church or corporate retreat. If you are planning to join us for your next outing, don't forget these important reminders:

• Your reservation is not final until we have your signed contract and deposit.
• What to bring: clothes, linens (including towels), personal hygiene items, sunscreen and all necessary items you would normally pack for a trip.
• We MUST HAVE payment in full before your group can check in.
• In order to assure that we have adequate staffing, we suggest scheduling the adventure courses when you make your reservations.
• Any misconduct will result in a group being asked to leave without a refund.
• A rental group coordinator will honor any special requests possible.

• You will be sent a contract with site rules and regulations.
• Read, sign and return the contract with the requested deposit (remember, your reservation is not secure until the contract and deposit is received by our office).
