R.M. Cooper Leadership Center
The Cooper Leadership Center, located on a 110-acre peninsula on Lake Marion near Summerton, SC, is only 15 miles from Interstate 95. When you arrive, you will find lodging and dining facilities on the shores of Wyboo Creek. A half-mile wide, Wyboo Creek offers large recreational areas for basketball, beach volleyball, softball and football, as well as fields for off-water workouts. There is also a large gymnasium with ample floor space and classrooms for groups to use during their stay. If you are interested in nature hikes, adventure courses or a quiet paddleboat ride, there are plenty of opportunities to spend quality time outdoors. Finally, our climbing tower and three ropes courses are vital parts of our adventure programming.
