  • R. M. Cooper reserves the right to change meeting or lodging rooms based upon the size of groups upon their arrival.
  • TVs, VCRs, Overhead Projectors and white boards are available at $50 per day per item.
  • Check out time for all meeting rooms is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made
  • A cleaning fee of $50 per meeting or lodging room may be charged if groups fails to clean the room upon departure.
