Meeting Room rental fees may be waived based on the number of participants paying lodging fees.
R. M. Cooper reserves the right to change meeting or lodging rooms based upon the size of groups upon their arrival.
TVs, VCRs, Overhead Projectors and white boards are available at $50 per day per item.
Check out time for all meeting rooms is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made
A cleaning fee of $50 per meeting or lodging room may be charged if groups fails to clean the room upon departure.
