Qualified students with some business background can complete the program in as little as one year, with most students completing in 18 months or less. The Clemson MBA Corporate curriculum consists of 5 Foundation Courses (13 credit hours), 11 Core Courses (27 credit hours), and 3 Elective Courses (9 credit hours), for a total of 49 course credit hours. Additionally, students with fewer than 2 years of post-graduate, career-relevant experience must complete a pre-approved, supervised, for-credit internship (6 credit hours). Courses may be waived based on prior undergraduate or graduate coursework at the discretion of the MBA office.
All Clemson MBA students are required to complete three elective courses. Clemson does not require students to declare an emphasis area, therefore elective courses may be taken in one or across multiple areas. Elective courses are offered in the evenings only (Monday - Thursday at 6 PM).
Supply Chain & Information Management
Focus on operations management, with emphasis on managing information and relationships in supplier networks.
Services Science
Focus on the design of service systems, marketing and operations management within service environments, and the application of lean concepts.
Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management
Focus on new product development, new market development, new business development and/or launching or being part of a start-up venture.
Marketing Analysis
Focus on market research, market modeling, new market assessment, and new business development.

Full-time MBA Corporate students have the opportunity to complete internships abroad over the summer in one of five exciting destinations. Internship placements are customized for individual learning and career objectives, and include cultural activities, services and support for a seamless experience. The full-time Clemson MBA Corporate Program is assessed as a Premier Graduate Program. As defined by the Graduate School, full-time students are enrolled in 9 or more credit hours.
