Resilient Urban Design
The Certificate in Resilient Urban Design addresses design and development thinking relative to stewarding change in rapidly growing metropolitan regions. The Certificate uses an issues-based, teamwork model that engages students in an issues/questions based model built upon a design-thinking foundation and enhanced with methodologies and processes from multiple disciplines. The Certificate in Resilient Urban Design prepares individuals to engage complex cultural, market, and government policy forces through sustainable and resilient urban form. The Certificate can also serve as the first step in achieving the Master of Resilient Urban Design degree.
