The Department of City Planning and Real Estate Development (CPRED) includes two professional degree programs which allow the department to engage in a full spectrum of land and community management, planning, and design studies. Each program site will dive into additional detail regarding the mission, faculty, curriculum, resources, contact information, and other specifics and special features of each degree program. The CPRED department provides two Masters program and an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program.

Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP)
The MCRP Program emphasizes sustainable land development applying appropriate technology and recognizing the balance of physical, economic, financial, social, and policy dimensions of planning.
Master of Real Estate Development Program (MRED)
The MRED Program prepares students who seek to make a difference in their communities - and the world - through applied and practical study. The curriculum familiarizes students with best practices in the real estate development industry, and empowers them to put those best practices to work.
Planning, Design + the Built Environment (PDBE)
The Ph.D. Program in Planning, Design and the Built Environment focuses on preparing the next generation of academics and professions for diverse and complex challenges of an interdisciplinary nature. The program's core disciplines are the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, city and regional planning, construction science and real estate development.
