Student Resources

The MRED Program is a small graduate degree program committed to excellence and our students. We have tried to organize most frequently used graduate student campus resources in one place.

MRED Program Orientation

Orientation for new and returning students enrolled in the Master of Real Estate Development Program is held prior to first day of class each fall semester.  All students are required to attend Orientation. Note: The Graduate School and Office of International Services host separate orientations from the MRED program.

Student Handbook

The Clemson MRED Student Handbook is designed to provide information to assist students with current policies and guidelines regarding special program features and for a successful student experience. See the Clemson MRED Student Handbook as well as the Clemson Graduate School Handbook to review all policies and procedures.

MRED Program Memberships

The MRED Program will register and renew student memberships to ULI, the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP and other industry partners for MRED students following matriculation to start at the beginning of the academic year.
