MRED tuition costs are substantially different from the University’s general cost structure. The cost of study and the cost of living make Clemson University one of the most reasonable options for graduate students anywhere in the country.

(Tuition is the same for in-state and out-of-state students.)

Entering Summer II 2018-2019:

Early Career Student - 18 Month: $55,000*
*This includes tuition for the Minimester tour class and the summer internship. The Minimester Tour class requires an additional $500 for travel expenses, including most meals. Other travel costs are covered to the ULI Fall Conference and various regional locales.

Experienced Development Professional - 12 Month: $49,000*
*Optional Minimester Tour class requires an additional $2,000 for travel expenses including most meals. Other travel costs are covered to the ULI Fall Conference and various regional locales.

  • No graduate assistantships or related tuition reduction are available for this program.

  • Appropriate calculator, laptop, books, and other educational and living costs are additional.

  • Student Health Insurance*

  • Domestic students enrolled at an off-campus location such as Greenville, are not required by Clemson University to purchase health insurance provided by the university, and are not charged for student insurance with tuition and fees. Students who want to participate in the university's health insurance plan are still eligible to do so.

  • International students are required to have health insurance and can submit a waiver if a student has an alternate health insurance policy that meets university requirements.

  • Parking at a student rate of $40 per month is available through the City of Greenville at the adjacent Richardson Street Garage.
