Hello everyone!

English Structure: Who am I?

Translation into ASL structure: ME WHO?

I am proud to teach American Sign Language at Clemson University for the first year. It is wonderful to see students who eventually become inspired to learn a visual language as a new language. You are more than welcome to take my ASL course here in this university. I am looking forward to meet you as my new student. Read below about me.

Bo Clements from Tampa Bay, Florida He is a new lecturer here in Clemson University. Bo holds ASLTA master level certification. He has taught ASL and Deaf culture studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa Bay for 20 years. Bo is a graduate of Gallaudet University with a B.A. degree and also holds an M.S. degree from Florida State University. He was an active person in the Tampa Bay Deaf Community, and presents workshops at local businesses, such as Chase Corporate – Banks, to educate their employees about Deaf Culture and how best to communicate with their Deaf and Hard of Hearing co-workers and customers via ASL.

Currently, He is the president of Florida American Sign Language Teachers Association, Inc. for the third year. We are planning to have a conference in Tampa this spring 2018. I gave numerous workshops in Florida. I gave a workshop at the ASLTA national professional development conference in Salt Lake City, Utah last summer 2017. I am looking forward to join the ASLTA of the South Carolina. Bo loves Modern Art, collecting tiki figures, going to the beaches and traveling. He has a DODA (Dog of Deaf Adults): golden retriever. His name is Ryley. He already knows 15+ signs.
