I teach a variety of courses primarily focusing on the food animal industries as well as the introductory animal science class. I serve as the faculty liaison to the Clemson University Swine Center, an advisor to both the Block and Bridle Club and Swine Club and serve as a member of the departmental curriculum committee.
My research interest areas are beef, swine, and small ruminant production systems, teaching effectiveness and innovation and the role of technology in the classroom.
