Employees

As an active employee of Clemson University, you are eligible for an official Clemson University ID card. You can pick up your TigerOne card at the TigerOne office between 8 a.m - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. To get your official Clemson University ID card, you will need to bring a valid government issued photo identification (i.e.: Driver License, Passport, Military ID) with you for pick up purposes; you will also need to know your Clemson University USERNAME and password. If you do not know your USERNAME and password, you will need to contact CCIT at 864-656-3494 to obtain that information prior to visiting the TigerOne office.

Faculty and Staff can add the TigerOne Mobile ID to their Apple Wallet remotely from any location. Visit the TigerOne Mobile ID Information Page to learn how to add the TigerOne Mobile ID to your Apple device.

You can now sign up for TigerStripe payroll deduction when you go through the CU-HR Onboarding process as a new employee or when you visit the TigerOne office. Once the TigerStripe Payroll Deduction form is completed, you will be ready for funds to be automatically deposited in to your TigerStripe account via your semi-monthly paycheck.
 
Payroll deduction must be at least $5.00 per pay period, in whole dollar increments, and have no maximum. To change or stop a deduction, you must fill out a new form with the updated information and turn in to the TigerOne office. A refund of an account balance will be issued upon closing the account.

You must be classified as an "Affiliate" in the CBORD system, and will also need to know your Clemson University USERNAME and password. If you do not know your Clemson username and password, please contact CCIT at 864-656-3494 to obtain this information prior to visiting TigerOne Card Services.
 
Affiliate cards will cost $30 and can be paid for by your department with an Inter-Departmental Order (IDO) or with Visa, MaterCard, Discover, or American Express.
 
Your card is used for identification purposes on the Clemson University campus. Funds can be added to your TigerStripe account through the Online Card Office to be used at all on campus dining locations as well as the participating off campus locations.

In order to receive a retiree card, you must be listed as a "Retiree" in the CBORD system. Retiree cards cost $30 and you must bring a driver's license or government issued photo ID to pick up your card.
 
Card Features:

- General admission seating to Women's basketball and home baseball games
- TigerStripe funds may be added to the card to be used at any of our on-campus Dining/retail locations and any participating off-campus merchants. To deposit TigerStripe funds onto your card, please visit the Online Card Office.

In order to receive an emeritus card, you must be listed as "Emeritus" in the CBORD system. Emeritus cards cost $30 and you must bring a driver's license or government issued photo ID to pick up your card.

Not located on the main campus?

Employees located in South Carolina but not on the main campus may have their TigerOne cards sent to the nearest liaison. TigerOne cards cannot be mailed to you directly; they must be sent to one of our TigerOne Off-Campus Liaisons. Follow the Photo Submission Guidelines link for submitting your photo online.  Once your photo is approved, send an email to tigeronecard@clemson.edu with your name, CUID number, and the liaison in which you are requesting us to send your TigerOne card. Also, please email the TigerOne Liaison letting them know to be expecting your card.
