PROMO Project Requests
Please use this form to request new projects to streamline our process, meet deadlines, and deliver the highest quality work possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule requirements, we may not be able to fulfill quick-turnaround projects due to an increased volume of requests. Even those using the following suggested minimums may require a lengthened timeframe.
MINIMUM PROJECT COMPLETION GUIDELINES: All promotional requests should be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the requested completion date. Event promotion requests should be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event in order to promote it effectively. Please allow 3-8 weeks for development, proofing, and publishing/printing for larger projects, such as websites or printed pieces. (Projects of increased complexity may require additional time).
