AIChE

Welcome to the Clemson University AIChE student chapter website. AIChE is a professional organization that aims to bring chemical engineers both educational and industrial opportunities. The Clemson chapter specifically focuses on student body relations and career preparation. Throughout the year AIChE offers several events including a Welcome Back Picnic, Shrimp Boil, and Pig Roast.

In the spring, our chapter travels to the Southeast Regional Conference. This conference offers opportunities to present research, meet students from fellow chapters, and compete in the ChemE Car Competition. AIChE seeks to prepare its members for careers after college by hosting various presentations from companies and plant tours throughout the year.

Finally, our mentoring program offers several leadership opportunities and is a great way to encourage underclassmen as they begin their curriculum.

To become a member of the national AIChE, please visit AIChE Membership for benefits and application.
