James E. Harriss, Research Associate, holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. After ten years' industrial experience in semiconductor manufacturing, he joined Clemson University in 1989.
Dr. Harriss' principal responsibility is managing and operating the Microstructures Laboratory. His teaching interests include VLSI reliability, semiconductor manufacturing, statistical process control, and the design of experiments.
