For interested exhibitors and third parties, WSOF-2019 makes available the following promotional opportunities.  

Sponsorship Support Levels

We offer three different levels of sponsorship. Depending on your interests, we can also customize any of the levels to suit your budget and specific promotional needs. The three package levels are Platinum, Gold, and Silver.

Other Promotional and Advertising Opportunities

We also have additional promotional and advertising options, ranging from brochures to conference lanyards.

Networking Events and Reception

There will be sponsorship opportunities available for both the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Interested organizations should contact the organizers (wsof-2019@lists.clemson.edu). Once sponsorship conditions have been agreed upon, sponsor participation must be confirmed by signing a sponsorship contract.  Payment conditions: 50% of the amount due to be paid, as a non-refundable deposit, at agreement signing, the remaining 50% balance will be due 60 days before WSOF beginning.
