The materials lab is located on the basement floor of Lee Hall. The fully equipped woodshop facility enables students from varying majors to manipulate wood and various other materials. Students are encouraged to use the Shop for academic assignments and other projects, and courses are offered in furniture, design/build and product design. In their first year, students are required to take an orientation covering the use of the equipment and safety issues.
CU-iMSE has an activity room located on the ground level of Lee III.
