About: Lisa Holladay transitioned into the full-time role as Chief Experience Officer at TIGER 21 in April of 2020. There she is responsible for the premier membership organization for high-net-worth wealth creators, entrepreneurs, investors, etc. Prior to this role, Holladay was responsible for building and executing the global brand marketing strategy as well as leading corporate brand marketing, eCommerce, CRM, brand partnerships and field marketing activities for the Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve and St. Regis Hotel brands. Holladay was also the VP of Brand Management, where she led the organization's brand-wide initiatives - including defining the guest experience, from building brand preference for customers and investors, to on-site product and service touchpoints. Holladay is also a member of the Association of National Advertisers and the Forbes Executive Women's Board.
