Troubleshooting, as defined by Wikipedia: "...a form of problem solving, often applied to processes...a logical, systematic search for the source of the problem in order to solve it...to make the process operational again."
Troubleshooting is at times, a frustrating process. Especially when there are deadlines attached to the process, such as submitting an application. We hope that these short videos will help make the process much easier as you troubleshoot your issues with whatever application you want to submit.
