Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Training


On May 18, 2016, The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued its Final Rule on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which goes into effect Dec. 1, 2016.

Training for supervisors and employees affected by the new FLSA standard is required. Please register for one of the training sessions listed below.

FLSA Training Acknowledgement

Upon completion of FLSA training, an electronic acknowledgement of training attendance and understanding is required of all participants. A link to complete the training acknowledgement will be provided at the conclusion of each training session.
