Changes to Staff Senate Monthly Meeting
Beginning Thursday, August 11, the Staff Senate will be changing the virtual platform for our Full Senate meetings to a webinar format via Zoom. Links and additional details will be available on both our Staff Senate website and the University calendar. We encourage you to join us in person, but realize accessibility is a factor for some attendees.
All Clemson University staff, faculty, and students are invited to attend our meetings. Attendees, other than Staff Senators, are only eligible to actively participate during the "Open Commentary" section at the start of the monthly meetings. Registration is required if you'd like to speak during the open commentary period. Senators and guests are not permitted to comment or engage with a speaker during this period.
If you would like to join our August meeting via Zoom, please go to our Senate homepage and look for the “Upcoming Meeting” information on the right hand side of the screen under the orange buttons. From there, you will be directed to the University calendar where you can view the event information and add it to your Clemson Outlook calendar.
Please note, we will no longer be sending emailed Outlook invitations to attendees not currently serving as a Senator or those guests invited to present at the meeting.
Directions for adding our meetings to your calendar
If you would like to add Staff Senate meetings to your Outlook calendar, please go to the University Calendar link and find the “Subscribe” heading toward the bottom of the page. To add this meeting to your Clemson Outlook calendar, click the calendar or the clock icon. Both will download an “iCalendar” event. You will need to open this file from your browser downloads and then “Save & Close” the meeting it generates.
