Kristin is an associate professor in the Department of Management. She primarily has taught courses focusing in human resources management, such as Introduction to Human Resources and Advanced Topics in Human Resources. Her current research interests focus on workplace exclusion and dysfunction organizational behavior, employee rewards and motivation, and group dynamics.
