Joint Operating Group (JOG)

Charge

The JOG will annually report to the Clemson-Prisma Health Steering Committee on operations and strategic mission of CUBEInC. The JOG will be responsible for strategically repurposing the facility and re-educating key stakeholders within and external to both Clemson and Prisma Health on the strategic value of the Patewood facility as a research and clinical learning environment. The JOG will facilitate the Clemson-Prisma Health relationship relative to the location as well as facility operations of CUBEInC and will consider any changes in allocation of space (users, division between Prisma Health and Clemson) to be agreed upon by Clemson and Prisma Health. The JOG will consist of key stakeholders from Clemson and Prisma Health research and academics as well as Prisma Health Orthopedics.
