Annual Ethics Day
Leadership 101: Making The Hard Decisions
Join us for the keynote event of Clemson’s 8th Annual Ethics Day, featuring a distinguished panel of leaders from the Rutland Institute for Ethics Advisory Board. Moderated by CHANGE member Samone Middleton, this session—Leadership 101: Making the Hard Decisions—will explore the real-world challenges and ethical dilemmas faced by leaders across industries.
Panelists Bryan Batson, Nicole Clifton, Anderson Garcia, and Nancy Whitworth will reflect on pivotal decisions in their careers, the impact of personal values on professional life, and the lessons they’ve learned from both success and failure. Through honest dialogue and practical insights, this conversation will help attendees consider what it truly means to lead with integrity.
Whether you're a student preparing for your future career or a faculty or staff member guiding others along their path, this session offers an opportunity to reflect on the ethical skills essential to meaningful, responsible leadership in today’s complex world.
