Academic: Raza joined the ECE faculty in 2020. She received her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) in 2010 from Purdue University and her BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) in 2001 from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.
Teaching: Raza’s teaching expertise includes Semiconductor Devices, Circuit Analysis, Microelectronics, and Electromagnetic Theory.
Research: Raza’s research interests span Electronics, Spintronics, Nanoelectronics, NanoEducation, and Semiconductor Devices. During her PhD, she developed NEGF-based tight-binding models for transport through magnetic heterostructures.
