Your yearly gift makes a difference.
Annual gifts to Clemson help us support top students and faculty, the heart of the University’s purpose. By establishing a personal tradition of annual giving, you help the University rise into the ranks of the nation’s finest institutions. This rank keeps the brightest students in the state and attracts industry and higher paying jobs.
Thanks to our alumni, Clemson’s alumni participation ranking moved up to #3!
As measured by U.S. News & World Report, alumni participation is the percentage of four-year degree-holders with valid addresses who made a gift to the university for the operational, endowment or capital needs of academic or athletic programs. During the past fiscal year (July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018), Clemson far surpassed the national average of 7% with an alumni participation rate of 23%. Ahead of Clemson were the College of William and Mary and the University of Alabama in a field of 184 peer schools.
If you are an alumnus, your gift counts – no matter the size! Don’t forget to make your gift this year and help us beat 23% – let’s keep climbing!
Clemson alumni often wish to establish a perfect, ever loyal consecutive-giving record since their date of graduation. To catch up on missed years, you need to make a current fiscal-year gift plus a minimum gift of $10 for each missed year.
The Clemson University Phonathon Program makes roughly 100,000 calls a year to our alumni. Clemson students benefiting from philanthropy call Clemson alumni to update their information, inform them of what’s going on around campus and give them the opportunity to make their annual gift. We know when Clemson calls, we can count on you to answer!
Clemson students who are interested in being a part of the Phonathon Program, APPLY HERE.
