Sending Plain Text Using Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007, do the following to send messages as plain text: While the new, blank message is open, click on the OPTIONS menu. This will bring up the OPTIONS ribbon. Towards the middle of the ribbon, you will see a box called FORMAT. Click on the PLAIN TEXT BUTTON. Now type your message. It should show up as plain text font.
