Alleviating this issue can be done in a few ways: If you are still using your Clemson Web Mailbox, you will need to delete some mail in your Inbox or other folders as to free up some space with your account. If your account will not let you delete any emails, you will need to click on and39Optionsand39, then and39Folder Preferencesand39, and then change the and39Trash Folderand39 option from and39INBOX.Trashand39 to and39Do not use Trashand39. This option will allow you to delete any mail that you may have. When you are finished deleting that mail, please change the and39Trash Folder back to and39INBOX.Trashand39. If you are using Clemson Gmail and no longer wish to use your Clemson Web Mailbox, please log on to and39clemson.edu/emailforwardingand39 with your Clemson user name and password.
