In CCIT's mission to provide computing support to campus, we are using a web-based ticketing system to log and track our service requests. Over time, TigerTracks, has expanded to cover many areas across campus.
TigerTracks, CCIT's version of Footprints tracking system, has being deployed to replace other ticketing applications and offers expanded functionality and reporting as well as integration other CCIT units. Any TSP Member can use TigerTracks as an agent to manage their requests. Currently, end-users may have access to the system allowing them to check on the status of their request(s). TigerTrack works with most web browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari on multiple platforms.
