The Technical Support Program is a group of IT support staff sponsored by CCIT. The Program is run by CCIT's Distributed Support Services Group and seeks to enable its participants to address their Information technology needs through training and support on campus, especially with Clemson-specific efforts.
Providers must be sponsored by a either College/Divison Consultant or CCIT support Staff. Normally Providers are employee with IT support duties in their positions (that is it is their job to support computers in their department). Exceptions are allowed based on the recommendation of their College/Divison Consultant.
