The Technical Support Program is a group of network administrative and support staff sponsored by CCIT. The Program is run by CCIT's Distributed Support Services Group and seeks to enable its participants to address their Information Technology needs through training and support on campus, especially with Clemson-specific efforts.

Note: Since its original announcement in November 1996, Technical Support has changed several times to better accomplish its mission to enable users to better support themselves. Recently in August 2010, we announced new changes to program.
