C.W. Hall

The C. William Hall Biomaterials Documentation Center is housed in the Rhodes Research Center, home of the Department of Bioengineering at Clemson University and the birthplace of the Society For Biomaterials.

Formally established in 1998, the center's holdings include documents such as books, manuscripts, patent information, video and audio tapes, 35 mm slides, and lecture notes, as well as significant objects including artifacts, artwork and memorabilia.

Mission

The center serves the national and international scientific community through the collection, classification and dissemination of historically significant literature that has defined the interdisciplinary field of biomaterials.
