Internship Overview

students working on partThere is great value in real-world experience and hands-on learning. These short-term work/learning experiences allow students to apply the knowledge they have acquired in the classroom while gaining professional work experience.

For these reasons, we require automotive engineering students to complete a six-month internship before graduation. Internships are a minimum of six months at the same institution and can be domestic or international industrial internships or as a part of Deep Orange.

General internship information is available from Clemson's Michelin Career Center.
