SURE Application

To apply for the  SURE Program in Solid-State Devices for Electronics Photonics and Magnetics, please download and complete the SURE application form. You should return the completed form, along with:

• Transcripts of all college courses (can be unofficial)
• Resume
• Brief Statement of research interests and goals
• We strongly encourage applicants to obtain one or two letters of recommendation from faculty members at their college or university.  Good letters of recommendation can strengthen the application. These may be submitted with the main application packet, or sent directly from the person writing the recommendation to the addresses below.
