Every three years, the University's eduroam certificate requires renewal. The certificate will be renewed on Sunday April 3rd 2016. Some devices may need reconfiguring to use the new certificate.

What do I need to do?

Mac users need to run the Mac eduroam installer to configure their computer with the new certificate BEFORE Sunday April 3rd 2016 at 1:30PM or they may experience connection issues.

Windows users may be prompted to log into Eduroam again.  If you are experiencing issues connecting, please run the Windows eduroam installer.

Mobile Device users may be prompted to login to Eduroam again or accept a new certificate. Click here for mobile device setup instructions.

eduroam (short for education roaming) is a secure, world-wide roaming internet access service developed for the international research and education community.

In addition to offering network access on-campus, this new service will enable you to use your Clemson login information to obtain wireless access to the internet at participating institutions around the world. Students and faculty from participating institutions can enjoy the same benefit when visiting Clemson.

eduroam service is currently available at more than 5,500 locations  and 76 countries worldwide.  Please view the video below for more information.
