A three-day exhibit will be held as part of the Workshop where companies can exhibit and demonstrate their latest specialty fiber technology and products. The exhibit space will be located next to the coffee break area and adjacent to the auditorium area where the technical talks will be given, in order to ensure the maximum attendee traffic and interaction possible with the exhibitors. Exhibit spaces will be assigned once a reservation form and deposit is received on a first-come, first served basis.
Exhibit Space can be purchased through the CU Marketplace.
Interested parties that would like to have a specially-designed exhibit stand or non-standard equipment, we would be happy to be of service at an additional cost.
Furthermore, you may also order additional standard equipment (Table, stands, Chairs, additional space, etc.). Please contact us with your requirements in advance of the event and we will be happy to be of service.
Interested organizations should contact the organizers (wsof-2019@lists.clemson.edu). Once sponsorship conditions have been agreed upon, sponsor participation must be confirmed by signing a sponsorship contract. Payment conditions: $500 non-refundable deposit is due at agreement signing and the remaining balance will be due 60 days before WSOF beginning.
