Clemson University's Bob Campbell Geology Museum

The Bob Campbell Geology Museum (BCGM) houses a collection of more than 10,000 minerals, rocks and fossils from locations in South Carolina and across the globe. The BCGM features a wide variety of geological and paleontological exhibits and is an invaluable resource for science students, teachers, researchers, and anybody interested in exploring Earth history.
The Campbell Geology Museum is typically open Monday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm. There is no admission fee, although donations are encouraged and appreciated. Parking is plentiful and free.
The Museum will closed on the following days: Nov. 22, 23, 24th, Dec. 22 - Jan. 1st.
Owing to a temporary shortage in staff, the museum will be closed on Tuesdays from 10am-1pm, Wednesdays from noon until 1pm, and all day on Thursdays. Apologies for any inconvenience. The museum will resume normal hours on January 2nd, 2024.
