Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education
The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) includes more than 200 colleges and universities committed to gathering and comparing the diagnostic data necessary to recruit, retain, and develop faculty members. COACHE explains that a core element of the collaboration is the Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey, designed for full-time faculty to provide feedback about their experience at their respective institutions.
