Annual Ethics Day

Clemson University's Rutland Institute for Ethics hosted its 3rd Annual Ethics Day Events on Wednesday, October 14th. The keynote address, entitled "An Update from the Nation's Doctor", was presented by the United States Surgeon General- Dr. Jerome Adams. Dr. Adams is the 20th Surgeon General of the United States and has been integral to the government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

That same evening the Rutland Institute also be hosted leadership from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control for a Q&A session about health response from a state level. Dr. Brannon Traxler, Interim Public Health Director, joined us for the session.
