Campus Labs at Clemson University

Campus Labs is Clemson University's assessment and accreditation system. It was purchased in 2018 and is being implemented university-wide for multiple initiatives and programs including assessment, accreditation, program review, surveying and data analysis. Clemson University will be phasing out Weave for assessment and introducing Campus Labs for academic and administrative users in Summer 2019.

Access Campus Labs

WEAVEonline Access Ended on September 12, 2019

As we embark on completing the first annual assessment cycle with Campus Labs, we would like to inform you that Clemson University's contract with WEAVEonline software came to an end on September 12, 2019.  This means we no longer have access to any assessment information entered into WEAVEonline. To prepare for this transition, the Office for Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment (OIEA) backed up and retained copies of the Detailed Assessment Reports for the following academic years for every unit who completed a report:

2012-2013
2013-2014
2014-2015
2015-2016
2016-2017
2017-2018

We will also be back up OIEA generated feedback for degree and certificate issuing programs from 2015/16 and 2016/17.  If you have any questions at all, or wish to have copies of these reports, please reach out to us at assessment@clemson.edu.

Campus Labs Training Opportunities

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment hosts open office and introductory trainings for the Campus Labs Planning Module.

The purpose of the open office hours is to provide 1 on 1 time for folks already familiar with the Campus Labs Planning Module to ask questions specific to their areas. The agenda will be determined through communication between OIEA and the participant(s) signed up for each slot.  Each day has 2, half-hour long slots. If additional follow-up is needed, another meeting can be scheduled outside of these hours.  Groups are also more than welcome to sign-up and come together, but please only have 1 person sign-up as the point of contact.

The purpose of the introductory trainings is to provide a space for folks to learn how to complete their annual assessment plan in the Campus Labs Planning Module. The training will cover topics from logging into Campus Labs to how to link your different assessment components together, with time for questions as we go along. Trainings will be limited to 12 people per session.

Every training and office hour will take place in the Martin Hall E-304 conference room.
